Last Tuesday was a great day. For breakfast, we had fresh fruit salad and fresh granola with blackberry juice and bread. The main task of the day was to get a lot of work done at the work site. We tore down a wall, put a few more feet in the massive hole, and took down the old bathroom (watch the video I’ve attached at the bottom!). We came back to some great potato soup for lunch, with cabbage and beets. After lunch, we went back to the site and worked on taking down a beam that held up the wall before and moved bricks to start the exterior wall.

For dinner, we had a real American brunch courtesy of Vince and Ana! Vince and Ana plus the great cooks made pancakes, bacon, hashbrowns, eggs, bread, and we had a great blackberry juice with it.

The leader of multiple communities had stopped by earlier at the work site and was amazed with the progress we had made. He expected what he saw today to be what we completed in 2 1/2 weeks, but we got it done in two days! We are all very excited to see what we can get done in the upcoming week. All is well here! Just look at the views we have every day from our home in Iltaqui.
